Core Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Create engaging content across social media platforms using Canva
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns
- Implement strategies to increase web traffic and online visibility
- Capture and edit professional photographs for properties and events
- Manage and optimize social media accounts
- Create compelling marketing materials and visual content
- Track and analyze marketing metrics
- Handle customer onboarding and provide continuous support
- Support daily business operations (email management, client meet & greets, task follow-up)
Required Qualifications:
- University degree (any field)
- Fluent in English and French (not mandatory)
- Valid driving license (mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Optional: Experience with HubSpot CRM
- Independent worker with initiative
- Creative mindset and eye for design
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Experience with Canva or other design software
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic optimization
- HubSpot experience is a plus
- Photography skills
- Experience in property management or hospitality
