Customer Success Officer – Main tasks:
- All aspects of customer relationship management
- Interview and qualifying potential tenants, setting up viewings, property visits
- Onboarding and support of new customers
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the business
(email, meet&greet clients, follow up on tasks, community managment, events etc)
- Maintain high-quality communication via social network accounts
- Assist in acquiring new properties (Business development)
Customer Success Officer – Profile:
- Have a degree (any field)
- Have a positive personality (good interpersonal skills are a plus)
- Be organized & reliable
- Work independently & show initiative
- Speak English and French fluently (mandatory)
- Have a driving license (mandatory)
Social media experience is an advantage
