Main Tasks:
- Assist in the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
- Conduct rent payment checks to ensure timely and accurate receipt of payments
- Handle billing processes, including preparing and issuing bills to clients
- Send payment reminders to clients and follow up on overdue payments
- Process and verify invoice payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Review and check invoices
- Maintain high-quality communication with clients and stareholders
Financial Support Officer – Profile:
- Accounting software experience (Zohobooks, QB ) is an advantage
- A degree (any field) is a plus
- A positive personality and interpersonal skills are a plus
- Be organized and reliable with attention to detail
- Valid driving license (a plus but not mandatory)
- English (mandatory), French (advantage)
- Live in Luxembourg or proximity
